Wild Strawberries
|
This month I'm eager to get my hands on some wild cherries. I love cherries but they are always very expensive in the shop, I've noticed a few heaving trees already, I just need to get to them before the birds do. I'm starting to think about jamming and canning too, I made sweet chilli relish a couple of years ago and that was the first time I had done any bottling. I want to keep a store of lovely fruit for the winter and there are so many ways to do. I hope you have some good tips to share with me.
