It's May and the riverbanks and trails are lush and green with free food here in rural Shropshire. I can't wait to get out foraging this month.
I'm taking an instructor led wild garlic walk this weekend and I'm hoping to meet lot's of like minded foraging foodies. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you've all been rustling up too so please do share your foraging recipe below.
As the humble dandelion is the icon for this great challenge, I'll have to kick things off with a great dandelion recipe but you can use any recently foraged ingredient you chose.
