A bejewelled Christmas treat, these chocolate covered pomegranates are really simple to make and make a gorgeous chocolatey treat for nibbling on while you watch your favourite Christmas film.
Ingredients Makes 12
1 large pomegranate
300g dark chocolate
12 paper cake cases
Remove all the pomegranate seeds from the skin discarding all the yellow pith.
Melt the chocolate using a microwave or bain marie.
Mix the pomegranate and the chocolate together.
Divide the mix between 12 paper cake cases.
Chill in the fridge until set, this will take at least an hour.
