It's time to relaunch Nature's Lunch Box for 2014, there are plenty of fresh shoots creeping up out there and I know there are plenty of foragers that are back at it after a cold winter.
I struggled over the winter months to keep up with the challenge so this year I'll be looking more towards pickling and preserving my foraged bounty so I still have something hand picked to enjoy next winter.
