| Bacon cups with eggs inside |
I like cute food, I've seen these bacon and egg cups on Pintrest and I knew I wanted to give them a go.
You line a muffin tray with a piece of bacon, crack an egg in it, sprinkle with pepper and bake it in the oven.
These took around 7 minutes on a high heat.

You want the bacon fat to be crispy and the egg white solid but the yolk should still be runny. I think they'd be great with some hollandaise sauce.
Definitely a cute treat for a leisurely Saturday morning.
