We have been having a bit of a heat wave this week so I've been whipping up all my sunny day favourites. This pineapple salsa makes a fabulous dip or BBQ accompaniment.
The simplicity of this salsa is that there are only 5 ingredients. The key is to use good quality fresh ingredients, they will make the dish bright and colourful plus as they are all strong flavours you won't need any additional seasoning.
