Jelly For Grown Ups
A refreshing summer pudding strictly for adults only. The Tupperware Expressions bowl is smooth and shiny inside so jelly slides out really easily. This bowl is currently only £3.25 with orders over £25.
Tequila Sunrise Jelly Ingredients
You will need
1 packet raspberry jelly
1 packet orange jelly
1 large orange
150 ml tequila
1.1 ltr Expressions bowl
Mix both sachets orange jelly with half pint boiling water
Add 100 ml of tequila
Top up to 700ml with cold water
Freeze for 45 minutes
Cut the orange into slice
Take the jelly out of the freezer and half submerge the orange slices into the jelly
Freeze for a further 15 minutes
Oranges set it Jelly layer
Mix both packets of raspberry jelly with half pint of boiling water
Add 50ml of tequila then top up to a pint with cold water.
There is slightly less tequila and water in this layer as it needs to be slightly firmer because it forms the base of the jelly.
Tequila Sunrise two tone
red and orange jelly
Before turning the jelly out sit the expressions bowl with the seal on in a sink of warm water for 30 seconds. This loosens the jelly from the edge of the bowl.
Tip the jelly out onto a plate and serve.
