This weekend is my very first Tupperware party. I've got my starter kit and I know which products I want to demonstrate. Now I need some foolproof recipes in my arsenal to make the most of my kit.
I have been having a practice. First up it's fun with the Tupperware Burger Press. Some lovely burgers that are really lean and fresh, perfect for summer BBQs.
Take a freezer disk
Put a large handful of meat mixture on to the disk
All your burgers will be thick and evenly shaped.
The disks stack easily together.
This recipe was written when I was a Tupperware consultant. I originally launched Foodie Laura as blog to promote Tupperware utilising recipes which is why you will find Tupperware heavily mentioned in these early posts.

1 large dried chili
Fresh parsley
Polenta

Take a freezer disk
Place the while burger shaper inside it
Put a large handful of meat mixture on to the disk
Use the coloured burger press handle to squash the meat down
All your burgers will be thick and evenly shaped.
As they are so tightly compacted they will not crumble and fall apart
The disks stack easily together.
Your burgers can be frozen or refrigerated in the disks and saved for later
Or if like me you can't wait to taste them you can grill, bake, fry or BBQ immediately
Fry sweet chilli turkey burgers or grill them on the BBQ |
