This marinade is inspired by Moroccan flavours and colours. Great on the grill or at a Summer BBQ with an apricot couscous salad. Traditionally this style of marinate is used with lamb but can be used with pork or chicken too.
Use the Tupperware Season N Serve to ensure the meat is thoroughly coated with the marinate.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour them over the chops.

1 tsp ground fennel seeds
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 crushed garlic glove
1/2 tsp salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon & 4 tbs olive oil
Tupperware Season N Serve on offer until end of July £14.45 |
Place your lamb chops on the base of the season n serve.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour them over the chops.
Marinate coriander pork chops |
Place the lid on the Tupperware Season n Serve and flip it over so the marinade coats both sides of the chops.
Flip it back up the right way again and leave the meat to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
The dimples in the Season N Sever allow the marinate to permeate below the meat too.
The colours in this dish are glorious, rinse the Tupperware in cold water when you have finished marinating to avoid staining it.
Grill or BBQ the chops on medium heat and serve with an apricot and couscous salad.
