Gourmet Generations

We will be back at the gorgeous venue of Little Wenlock Village hall for our March supper club because it has a charming space for dinning and a has huge kitchen for creating. The event will be held on Friday 28th March making it perfect for a Mother's Day treat.




March Supper Club Menu 
Canapes on arrival

Starter: Watercress and ricotta roulade with onion marmalade

Main: Chicken Adobo or Moroccan Vegetable Pastilla
Chicken Adobo is a traditional filipino chicken dish, marinated in soy and vinegar. 
Moroccan Vegetable Pastilla are spiced vegetable and almond filo parcels
Both mains are served with spinach and jalapeño madeline and a roasted cauliflower and grape salad with buttermilk dressing.

Dessert: Valentine's Duo of lemon posset and chocolate terrine served with dainty shortbread. (easily adapted for our citrus intolerant friends)

Followed by coffees and fancies
