I usually mix up the specific day we eat a certain meal on as there are days when we have a bit less time to cook so I'll switch in a quick to cook meal but by writing out a meal for every day I know we will have enough food in for the month.
We also do a weekly top up shop for milk and fresh produce. I tried to avoid getting as many sweet treats as usual with it being the new year I thought I should at least try to start off with good intentions? Do you have any food themed resolutions?
