Nature's Lunchbox Spring Round Up

The Nature's Lunchbox foraging challenge turned a year old last month so I thought it was time for a seasonal recap of all the amazing recipes we've had. Spring has been dominated by wild garlic, it seems I'm not the only one with woods full of these ransoms.

My wild garlic walk in the woods

Wild garlic recipe round up
H is for home had a wild garlic butter recipe
Chez Foti shared a double foraged dish with wild garlic and nettle risotto
Foodie Quine had wild garlic pesto pinwheels
Chip butties and noodle soup had three wild garlic dishes  wild garlic, squash and brie frittata  and wild garlic minestrone soup and wild garlic with tofu

Dandelions were being foraged too

On the sweet side there's been Dandelion sorbet

A couple of wild garlic free dishes also made the round up.
Fromage Homage shared Sambocade a medieval elderflower and cheese tart. Plus my own video entry for nettle soup.

The Nature's Lunchbox challenge for June starts today. You can find the rules here and enter using the linky below. What will you be foraging this month?
