|Cashew, Cacao, Coconut & Carob |
This raw recipe (no cooking required) boasts pure unadulterated ingredients still bursting with all their natural goodness. The great benefit of the Tupperware Snack Bar Maker is that you are in control of what goes into your snack. Manufactured snack bars are often not the healthy alternative they appear to be because of the added sweeteners or refined sugars. This chocolate alternative is naturally sweetened with agave nectar.
Your Tupperware Snack Bar Maker kit £13.50 includes tray, measuring cup & single bar carry case
1 1/2 cups of buckwheat
3 tbsp cashew butter
3 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp agave nectar
1/2 tbsp carob powder
5 dried prunes (diced)
Combine the ingredients in your Tupperware bowl.
|Pack mixture into bowl|

Use the measuring cup to distribute the mixture evenly.
Gently tap the bottom of the overturned Tupperware Snack Bar Maker to release your tasty snack bars.
Take one with you when you go out in the handy red carry case or take them all in the healthy snack box.
This recipe was written when I was a Tupperware consultant. I originally launched Foodie Laura as blog to promote Tupperware utilising recipes which is why you will find Tupperware heavily mentioned in these early posts.
